Can I call you with questions or additional information?

• No, we are a 100% online business for the sake of cost savings passed to our customers.  If you have questions or additional information about your order, you can email us.

Why can't I prepare my own deed?

• You are allowed to prepare your own deed.  However, there are some nuances and requirements to properly complete any document recorded with your county's Register of Deeds.  While the Register of Deeds can offer some assistance with questions, they are not allowed to prepare or instruct you how to prepare your deed. 

How long will my order take?

• Depending on the complexity of your order, our standard turnaround is 2 business days.  If faster turnaround is needed, please let us know when you submitt your order and we will do everything possible to get your order completed right away (additional fees may apply).  We will always give you an estimate of turnaround if your order will take longer than 2 days.

What counties are you able to help in?

• We current service Eau Claire and Chippewa Counties only.  If you have questions on a surrounding county, we may be able help; just use our Contact Us form.
